Accepted Forms of Payment
CASH PAYMENT
On the day of your surgery, you have the option to pay your balance using cash. However, please note that cash payment is not accepted for deposits or advance surgery payments.
PERSONAL CHECK
For deposit and advance surgery payments, personal checks are accepted. However, there are a few guidelines to follow. Checks must be received within 3 days of booking your appointment and at least thirty days before your surgery date. It is important to note that any returned checks will incur a $100 return check fee before an alternative deposit can be processed. Additionally, personal checks can be used for advance surgery payments as long as the payment is received at least thirty days prior to your scheduled surgery date.
Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders
Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders are accepted as payment for deposit, advance surgery, and balance payments. It is important to note that these forms of payment are amount-specific. If your balance payment exceeds the amount on the face of the check, you will need to provide an additional form of payment.
For deposit payments, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders must be received within 3 days of booking your appointment. For both deposit and advance surgery payments, they must be received at least thirty days before your scheduled surgery date. This ensures timely processing and confirmation of your payment.
Credit Cards
Credit card payments are accepted for deposit, advance surgery, and balance payments. This is the preferred payment method. If you are using a bank or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo on the front, it is important to check your daily spending limit with your bank. If necessary, you may need to increase this limit to ensure a successful transaction. By doing so, you can avoid any potential issues or delays with your payment.

What is a deposit and why is it required? To secure your surgery appointment, a deposit is required. This payment is made in advance and serves to reserve your desired time slot. Hair restoration surgery has gained tremendous popularity and is highly sought after in the field of cosmetic procedures. In order to prevent last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, HRC (Hair Restoration Clinic) strictly adheres to scheduling surgery appointments only with deposits. The specific amount of the deposit can be discussed with your dedicated Patient Advisor, who will provide you with further details and guidance.
Are deposits refundable? Please note that the deposit for your surgery appointment is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. However, if cancellation is requested within the two weeks leading up to the appointment, options are available. The deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, provided that arrangements are made within 7 days of the cancellation. Failure to make these rescheduling arrangements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Additionally, if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be permanently forfeited.
When do I pay my balance payment on my surgery day?
- Balance payments are paid preliminarily upon check-in by way of authorization.
- All credit cards will be authorized for the estimated amount.
- Cash, money orders and cashier’s checks will be procured and authorized.
- Finance accounts will be pre-charged.
- Additional payment form(s) will be discussed and documented.
After the final graft count is determined, we will proceed with finalizing any necessary authorizations and pre-charges. If there are any additional payment forms required, we will process them accordingly.
